The game is pretty fun so I reckon I'll expand my card pool.A variety of professionals, such as carpenters, general contractors, handypersons and even some roofers can build a deck. Although I have managed to put up a decent fight against my regular opponent's Tyrell deck (built using chapter packs), albeit not actually beat him. Yeah, "heroic" seems an appropriate word. Indeed it does, not sure how I missed that. ![]() At least I learned a lot from it when this game was new to me.Īnd lesson #1 was: read carefully every single word. It was included with the game and is also available on FF webpage to download. However I think this game is so well done, that you won't regret to extend your card pool.įirst of all I suggest you read Rules Reference (RR) handbook. If you don't want to invest in the game yet, my suggestion would be to use some card sleeves and make some proxies of known cards to try it out. You practically just pick a Banner agenda and then put in all available cards (faction+banner+neutral). After all you experienced it already - there are not enough cards to make any viable 60 cards deck. And/or some expansions to truly enjoy the game. It is good to have some fun and to learn to play but you would need at least 2 or 3 core sets. Let me know what you think of the deck so far and if you have any suggestions on what cards to use to fill it out, that would also be appreciated. I'll get more cards when I am able but its a shame that there isn't more room for experimentation in the core set. There doesn't seem to be enough cards in the core set to make a decent deck of 60 "deck" cards a lot of the extras you need to pad it out are somewhat trash for the overall strategy of the deck.
